Seattle Raccoon Run does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information through the game. It requires no account and contains no advertising, analytics, behavioural tracking, or third-party social features.
Information stored on your device
The game stores progress and preferences locally on your device. This may include discovered items, food stored in the den, control and audio preferences, and accessibility or comfort settings. This information is used only to provide game functionality and is not sent to FromTheShower. Removing the game may remove it, subject to your device’s backup and restore behaviour.
Device permissions
The current version does not use the camera, microphone, photo library, precise location, contacts, or push notifications.
Third-party services
The game does not integrate advertising networks, analytics providers, third-party login services, or cloud-storage services. Your download and use of the App Store are separately governed by Apple’s terms and privacy practices.
Support communications
If you email support@fromtheshower.com, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, device model, iOS version, issue description, and attached screenshots or recordings. We use it to answer your request, investigate problems, and improve the game. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. You may request deletion of a support conversation, subject to information we must retain for legal or security reasons.
Website data
The website hosting this policy may create standard security and server logs. Google Analytics runs only if you choose to allow optional analytics on the website. This website activity is separate from the game, which contains no analytics.
Children’s privacy
Seattle Raccoon Run does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other players through the game. It does not use children’s information for advertising, profiling, or tracking.
Data requests
FromTheShower does not receive or maintain player accounts or server-side game data. This is separate from information you voluntarily provide in support communications.
