Our 14-day refund promise
Not happy? Email us within 14 days of your first payment, or of a renewal charge, for a full refund.
How to request a refund
Email support@fromtheshower.com from the address you bought with. Please include your order number if you have it.
We will confirm your request and issue the refund to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to show the refund in your account.
What this covers
This policy applies to IndieSEO purchases made through our authorized checkout. It does not limit any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
